Group Assignment:  Read "Pedagogy of Poverty Versus Good Teaching" - Martin Haberman
Presentation: 5-8 min 

Begin to critically analyze the text (construct/build meaning). 
You are not summarizing the essay to present. 
Pick something specific within the article that you wish to discuss as a group.  
You have the autonomy of presenting anyway you want

Medium:
  • If you are using multi-media, please bring device to use in class that can be used with projector(ex. laptop computer)
  • If using power point, save in USB drive
  • If using YouTube, keep to minimal (1-2 min tops)
  • If handing out material, please make sufficient copies
